Vintage 1930s blue, crepe dress with tiered ruffle skirt. Such a beautiful dress, I'm not sure my pictures are doing it justice. The dark blue eats the light so you miss all the fine details in a photograph.
Short sleeve with ruffles. A not quite square neckline with pleating and ruffles at the bust. Side metal zipper with a slightly fitted drop waist and then the tiers of ruffles to the hem. Six rows of ruffles in all.
There is a dressmakers tag but I cannot decipher the maker's last name. Pearl Cutting, or Lutting? I'm not certain as the font is hard to read.

Condition:
This dress is in excellent condition for its age. No rips, stains, or tears. Clean and ready to wear.
