Is it bone? is it Ivory?
I do not know. It's dense and cold to the touch. That is the only info I have, not being in possession of a black light!
It's a small one, silk boucle Corde, dusty pink. It's all about that carving though, obviously done by hand. Plenty of detail, lots of intricacies. The inside is lined with taffeta with metallic gold screening. There's an inside pocket but it was hard to show the inside! Mild yellow areas can be seen. The lining may have been added later. The outside shows very faint soiling.
