Edwardian Lace Long Sleeve Reception Dress$725.00
When WWI broke out Brides were encouraged by fashion magazines
to dress well to boost morale. The bride who wore this dress did!
This shift style dress has a a fine net bodice with round neckline. The
cross over bodice is made of very soft white lace and is edged in a darker
white satin. Floating satin and flowers adorn the bodice. A large silk cummerbund closes the waist with a large flower. The underskirt is made of silk but has an addition of fine net ruffles at the hem. The lace over skirt has a scattering of lace appliques on the front. The skirt fall into delicate handkerchief pleats. The dress closes hook and eyes.
