This is a lovely mid-teens white cotton lawn dress. The dress has a fun sailor-style collar with darling tatted style lace trimming it at the neckline. The top has a more empire-style waist and the front is decorated with lots of fun and wonderful tiny pintucks. The dress has its own attached belt. It has long sleeves with fun triangle cuffs that match the bodice with pintucks and lace. The cuffs fasten with little snaps on the inside. The skirt of the dress is layered and hangs asymmetrically in the front. The layers also match the cuffs and bodice with lovely pintucks and lace trim. The layers add a lovely floaty and airy vibe with the bottom layer falling to the ankles. The dress fastens up the front with a combination of snaps and hook and eye. There is an underbodice made of bobbinet and it fastens up the center front. The bodice fastens up the left front side to the underbodice and the rest of the dress. The skirt fastening wraps around from the center to the left side as well.

Condition:
The dress is overall in great condition with only some small damage to the underbodice. The areas where the outer bodice fastens to the inner one has holes from use even though the spots were reinforced with a double layer of bobbinet. The dress has been professionally hand laundered and is still wearable with care.
