Edwardian white petticoat with the prettiest ruffled hem. Lovely broderie anglais eyelet details with pintuck pleating and scalloped hem. It closes in the back with three buttons. A previous owner added a small length of elastic to the waistband and attached a button to it. You could easily remove it if the waist is too big. Otherwise there are no flaws to note in this beauty.
