This is a darling romantic 1910s teal blue crinkle silk dress. It is such a fun and whimsical dress with a crew neckline that is trimmed in a little ruffle made of a very light white silk printed with pink stemmed roses. The base of the dress is an opaque teal blue crinkle silk with ¾-length sleeves. It has printed silk cuffs and a fun pink and green embroidered trim. The bodice has an apron-like detail of the printed silk that overlaps over the front and is trimmed in the embroidered trim as well. It also is attached loosely to the bodice and has faux straps over the shoulders of pink silk ribbon roses and leaves. It has a matching cumberbund-styled belt that is made of the blue silk covered in printed silk. In the back, there is a fun bow detail with the silk ribbon roses and it fastens with hooks and eyes. The skirt is simple, slightly full, and falls to the floor with one large pintuck near the hem. The dress fastens up the center back and the skirt fastening wraps around to the left side with hooks and eyes. The bodice is also lined in light white cotton, just in the front and back of the top, which also adds just a bit of structure to the bodice.

Condition:
The dress is in great condition overall with only a few small flaws to note. The most noticeable is that the printed silk cuffs do have some breakage and are very delicate, the silk is very, very fine and delicate. There is also some slight breakage to the silk of the belt as well on the eye side. The last flaw to note is that there is some slight age-related staining to the blue silk near the neckline and by one armpit. They are hard to see over all and do not take away from the romantic beauty of this dress.
