Y2K vintage red and white polka dot dress by Fredericks of Hollywood. Lipstick red poly with a red poly lining. Cowl draped neckline. Spaghetti straps with flutter ruffles along the shoulders. Bias cut so it skims the body ands does have some stretch. Dropped waist seam. Asymmetrical hem. Pulls over the head, no closures.
