Y2K vintage breezy rayon dress by Jessica Taylor. Scoop neckline. Wide tank straps. Very relaxed fit throughout. Curved hem that is shorter at the sides and longer in center back and front. Bold peacock feather print over a pink and black mottled tie-dye. Pulls over the head, no closures. No lining but it is opaque.
