V neckline with a fluttery flounce trim. Sheer sleeves with flounced cuffs. Asymmetrical handkerchief hemline. Lined in chartreuse poly. Pulls over the head, no closures. Bias cut, so this skims the shape of the body. A very 1930's INSPIRED silhouette.
