Y2K vintage black beaded halter maxi skirt by Bebe. It was hard to determine whether this categorizes as a dress or a skirt? It is completely topless with only the beaded yoke down the center front and wrapping around the neck. The chunky black and silver faceted plastic beads are attached to fine black fishnet. Heavily beaded waistline. Completely backless. Long black swishy maxi skirt. Lined in black poly. Nylon zipper at the back. Buttons at the back of the halter neck.
