Vintage Southwest style size 4 ring, sterling silver. I can’t tell if it is made with real turquoise or something simulated but it looks like southwest native style. Tests as sterling silver. No makers mark noticed. There is a bit of tarnish present and slight surface scuffs consistent with age and gentle use.

A small size which may be perfect for a dainty size hand or as a pinky ring.
