A cheerful two piece set by Albert Nipon. This matching blouse and skirt both come in a crinkle textured crepe with a teeny tiny rainbow dot print. Collared long sleeve shirt has a button front closure, skirt has a side waist closure. Fabric is lightweight and unlined, this garment does not have materials labels but based on texture and appearance the fabric is most likely a high-quality semi-synthetic like rayon. This set was union made, the ILGWU label indicates this garment was manufactured after 1975.
