This soft calico cotton blend dress from the 70s is a sweet little hand made number. High neckline trimmed in lace, with a matching front bib. Drop waist, with a full gathered skirt. Puff sleeves with elastic cuffs. Back center zipper, hook/eye closure. I believe the fabric is a cotton/poly gauze blend, similar to Gunne Sax dresses of the same era.

Bust measures 28", waist 24", length 31". I estimate fit to be about a modern 6T, but please compare to a dress that fits your child for a better idea of sizing.
