2000’s hat in black, pink & white by Lulu Guinness.

This hat is amazing and was never worn! I actually purchased back in high school from Saks and it has been tucked away ever since.... 2000-2001.

Material is PVC and it feels like a raincoat.... so adorable and wear as a rain hat or bucket hat. Floral print with watering pots with LG all over 😍

Measurements: 14.5” flattened at the widest point on the rim and 8” at the smallest.

When opened measures 9.5” from side to side inside roughly an 18-19” circumference.
