Vintage handmade formal dress with black stretch sequin top. late 70s studio 54 or early 80s party style.

Elastic waist and acetate taffeta skirt with ruffle hem and side slit. Slip on style no zipper

Top edge of bodice does not stretch due to facing.

Good/fair condition there is slight fade overall of the skirt and a few small spots on the skirt that are also black but slightly different than the color of the skirt. Not super noticeable.

No tags measurements are of the garment not wearer allow room to fit and slip on
