A stunning homemade vintage dress. This dress is made up of two pieces connected at the shoulder seams. The inside section connects at the waist with a row of three hook and eye closures attached to elastic bands. The outer section wraps around the waist, creating a corset-like panel under the bust, and closes with three buttons with elastic loops. This dress can be styled with the "corset" side facing front or back. This piece has no labels, but based on texture and appearance the fabric is most likely cotton or a cotton blend. No stretch in the body, but elastic at both waist closures allows for some wiggle room.
