1970’s powder blue maxi dress with sheer sleeves. Bodice is in a wrap-style with a big rosette at the center. Chiffon over-layer cape attached to top straps. Zipper closure down the back. Condition note: Dry clean or cold wash only, some loose threads on sleeve.
