A nice Slim fit Wool and quilted nylon reversible vest from Pendleton Woolen Mills. Marked size Medium Petite, this would also work well on a standard size Small. I have it listed as both for exposure, please be sure to read the measurements to ensure best fit.

Blue and grey plaid wool on the front with a quilted nylon yoke and collar. Front snap flap pockets. Wool body and nylon yoke and collar matches on the back. Zipper flips over to reverse. The other side is entirely quilted nylon with the warm wool on the inside. Slip handwarmer pockets at hip.

Excellent condition, no flaws. This is very flattering on, it nips in a bit at the waist. This is not a puff vest, it's slender fitting and would work well layered under a jacket on a chilly day.
