This gorgeous cotton dress lined with silk is a real gem! The dress is top quality! It is from Washington DC and the previous owner was a high power business woman. The dress is from a boutique and created by LiLah. The lining is silk and cotton on the outside. The tiny striped cotton is classy and inside is a soft polka-dotted silk. I added the scarf and belt to finish off the look and they come with the dress!
