Inspired by the 20's - 30's Downton Abby look. Dark wine cloche with black accents and veiling. Fashioned with the upturned brim embellished with black braid, rosettes and cockade style ribbon. A thick face veiling is attached and styled to cover the entire face.

Inner circumference is 23 inches.

No interior ribbon or lining.
