This stunning and unique Harve Bernard white crinkle fabric open bodice short sleeve top would be so stunning on! There are flower embellishments to the side of the bodice, there is a small slice to one of the flowers. There does not appear to be any fraying of the fabric at this point. The buttons are faux cut crystal. This is a deadstock, never worn, new with tag piece.
