I believe this is from the late 1950s early 1960s

White with Black tips

It is in very good condition and there is some very slight wear on the black tips.

When I saw this brooch I immediately loved it.

I loved the center of the flower along with it being very fashionable

Measurements are as follows:

2 & 1/2" from top to bottom

3" wide
