Wayne Husted Kingstown Pitcher In Burnt Honey for Bischoff Glass 1963 Rare Color and Design

This is a very rare piece designed by Wayne Husted during his "Undercover" stint working with Bischoff Glass in 1963. Mr. Husted goes into detail about his brief time working on these designs after leaving Blenko in his blog post from 2019, "Undercover at Bischoff". I screenshot his explanation of the "Burnt honey" color which includes an example with the same pitcher. So this stunning honey color with the green tinge, which you can see especially well on the handle is very rare. This is also one of the last lines to come out of the Bischoff factory before it was bought by Indiana Glass, pinpointing its creation to 1963.It's a stunning piece and is in very good condition overall all. A few small scratches near where the handle is attached and one scratch on the base (please see all photos). Otherwise just light signs of wear and age. The pontil mark on bottom is well defined and indicative of hand-blown glass, not a flaw. It will be carefully wrapped, double boxed and fully insured for shipping.8. 5" x 8" across the base
