Smart little black and white hat from the early 1960's. Crown and brim are a soft corded black fabric while the sides are wrapped in a wide band of white cello straw. Front right side holds a large angled bow.

Interior is a stiff net with the standard petersham ribbon.

No label other than a union tag.

Excellent condition.

Inner circumference is 22 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 17 inches.
