Vintage 1940s polka dot shirt dress. A true classic! Button down closure front. Slight smocking along waist. Side paneling fabric haha off each hip. Thin shoulder pads. So flattering. In great vintage condition- some polka dots are off white while others are white. A few small sheen marks.
