volume plus size true black 1930's 1940's dress. The front has notched collar, with darts and pleating to waistband; faux pockets. Back has covered buttons down past waist; top layer turns into tulip hem and then an under skirt that has a metal zip (10" on seam needs to be resewn; not seen) Two snaps at the neck-one side on both need to be stacked. Sleeves have rounded notched cuffs. Amazing dress - sorry for pics
