Vintage Wendt Art Pottery Frog Vase with Mount St. Helens Ash Glaze Washington

When Mount St Helens erupted, I was six. It was pouring down rain. Mom and I and my cousin had to climb into the pool and dig bucket after bucket of ash out of the pool so the filters did not clog up and break the pump. It was very cold.

This beautiful little vase was one of the memories of that time mom got.

This vase is delightful because of the individual holes around the center flower opening. You can place individual stems as you like to get a beautiful and more "fluffy" effect.

Super charming little vase!

No flaws noticed. Possibly some calcium on the inside, but it was too dark to really see.
