Vintage Victoria Royal Ltd party dress beaded bodice silk skirt 1950/60s. beading is yellow-white and shimmer blue. the skirt is 100% silk lining is polyester. This dress is a dream. based on my research believe this to be a dress made in the late 1950s/1960s. Made in the British crown colony of hong kong. A few vintage boards mention that dresses made during this time are believed to be made by Oscar Montalto who designed dresses for Grace Kelly. Some of the bodice beadwork is loose but i believe this to be an easy fix by someone with experience. missing beads are minor one small stip and a few along the edges. based on age i would say great shape
