Flocked fabric became popular in the 1930s. This is a very unusual scarf in that it is not only flocked on the scalloped edges with tiny flowers but it is like a tye die! On either end is the sheer turquoise color which fades into a sheer white in the middle. The scarf is nylon and made in Japan,
