These wide leg pants are made of 2 parts: a sheer overlay, with a solid colored liner. They give the look of a skirt when standing still, and have amazing movement. Full elastic waistband. No pockets.

Waistband measures 26" up to 36", hip up to 44", rise 15", inseam 28". Mark at bottom center hem of left leg.
