Vintage, 1970's - 1980's, sterling silver, 3D fish. This pendant is a vial with a stopper and dabber. Stamped REO & 925. Appx 2" X 1&1/4". 25g. Chain is sterling also, rolo link, 30" long stamped Italy & 925. Fine craftsmanship and detailing. Excellent vintage condition. Lots of patina, I leave the polishing to you.
