Big bold and beautiful! Teardrop shaped Sterling silver with a beautiful purple gemstone which seem to me to be Sugilite. I found them at local swap meet but originally they had other embellishments and were very, very heavy. I have removed the dangling pieces and here is what’s left. They are marked on the back with the letter S and sterling. They came to me without backs. I will include some 925 backs but they are not original to the earrings. Check out all photos for a look at the original earrings and also the backside which still show a little evidence of how they were reworked.
