This hat is super cute and fun to wear, the veil has breaks and is tattered - I don't think it will affect wearing and enjoying the hat as the veil sits over the hat so breaks aren't obvious.
Measures: 9. 5", front to back at brim. Approx 22" around inside where hat meets head - if you want this to sit lower you would want to have 21 hat size.
