A really unique dress by Social Kindwear. Great puffy sleeves in blue, threaded with gold throughout. The dress itself is a velvet type of fabric flecked with gold thread. No size tag, please see below for measurements. Zippered back. I was attracted to the puffy sleeves of this interesting dress. Wear it for an event, wedding.
