Here is an adorable sleeveless dress by Possibilities. 100% cotton and made in the USA. It's a medium weight fabric featuring a beautiful plaid of vibrant colors. Four button blouse section, eight buttons on the skirt, and a pocket on each hip! Soft VEE neckline and shoulder pads are present but easily removed. Slightly see through, very soft and comfy. It's in amazing condition with years of life left! The tag says size 18, but here are the measurements when laying flat:
