Here is an adorable short sleeve dress by Pea Patch. Beautiful fabric designed in pinks, purples, grays, and tan. Six button front. Nice stitch detail at shoulders resembles epaulets. Hidden pocket on the right hip. Small shoulder pads sewn in. Fairly sheer, and feels like light wool or flannel. Most likely a mostly polyester blend.
