This is a smart and classy looking dress by Ciao Limited. It might be from the 80's, but I'm calling it 1970's. It's 100% cotton. It has a knit top, which features a checkerboard pattern of off white and tan, with tan twill bottom. Also has a nice 3 button feature on the shoulders, and rather sizable shoulder pads in there too. The waist is elastic, so there is some give in that measurement. The size says 8, but here are the exact measurements. (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
