Here is a super handsome short sleeve button down shirt by Arrow Mach I. 65% poly, 35% cotton. Awesome fabric of dark blue, red, and white striping. Seven button front, button down collar, and a pocket on the left breast. Thin, soft and crazy comfy. This one is in excellent shape with tons of life left. The tag says 16 1/2, but here are the exact measurements. (Please see the last picture to see how we measure shirts)
