This is a classic and beautiful looking sleeveless dress by Chetta B Evening, sold by Saks Fifth Avenue. Feels like a mostly or all polyester. Black body with lacy black tulle underneath. Delicate blouse section with sweet polka dot accent. Zippered back and a button at the back of the neck. This is a sharp dress in amazing condition with years of life left!
