Vintage Ruth E. Saltz handbag. This shoulder Bag is a rich tone of tan with a liner that is a monogram of the designers name/logo. The chain straps measure 11" and the metal panther head detail is a signature of Saltz bags. No interior pockets and a hinged opening/closure (see attached image).
