This serving plate or platter is of chrome with a glass center that encases a lace doily with cross-stitched flowers. It’s a sweet blend of the sleekness of chrome and the romance of lace and cross stitch.

It’s 10 ¼” around and about 1” high. It has a low pedestal base.

There are many scratches in the chrome on the front but no dings. On the back, a miniscule little dent shows. The glass holding the doily is in great shape.

There is no manufacturer’s mark but it reminds of other types of chrome made by Farber Bros for its Krome Kraft line in the 1960s.
