Wonderful red ribbon half hat, 1950s. SIZE 20 inches. Made of red velvet and satin ribbons over a stiff red velvet framework. Small pearlized floral stamens. Open top covered with red veiling, this is ripped. Not sure if there used to be a veil over front or n3ot. In overall good condition except for the ripped veiling and some of the ribbon edges are slightly frayed.
