ADORABLE alert!! This sailcloth bag is by White Stag. Now there are a few issues but nothing big. Various stains on the outside of the bag and one on the inside plastic at the top of the bag. Four separate plastic lined pockets on the outside of the bag.

Bright red sailcloth with the top being a sort of ivory, red and navy wave pattern. Metal grommets hold the rope that makes a drawstring at the top. Like I said—ADORABLE!
