This pink depression glass mixing bowl was originally part of a nesting set. It has a ribbed pattern, rolled edge, and square footed base. It is 9 ½” around rim to rim and 4 ½” high.

There are no chips or cracks, but there are scratches from probably the mixing or serving spoon—see pic but it’s hard to see the scratches. There are also the normal minor irregularities common with this type of glass that would have occurred during the production process.

This bowl was likely produced by the Federal Glass Co in the 1930s.

Please keep in mind that when buying vintage items, you are purchasing something that is pre-loved and used. Most vintage items show signs of wear and may have defects, but that is also what makes them so unique and lovely.
