This gorgeous Nordic sweater is made by the Icelandic company Hilda but was sold by L. L. Bean. It's very heavy, and seems intended for outdoor wear. It's listed on the tag as a women's large. Shoulder to shoulder is 17", sleeves are 24" long, the length from shoulder to hem is 29". Bust, waist and hips are all 40". The sweater is in excellent condition. There is a spot under one armpit the appears slightly pulled and knotted but it seems to be part of the knitting process, not damage - shown in the final picture.
