Vintage Men's 40s Butterscotch Wool Windowpane Plaid Short Coat
I couldn't believe it when I found this men's coat. My guess is 1940s / early 1950s. SIZE Marked 46 L, chest measurement is larger. Made of wool in a wonderful butterscotch cognac ochre color, with darker brown and orange lines forming a windowpane plaid. Small collar. Large pockets at front sides. Buttons down front with large round plastic buttons. Lined with what feels like cotton blend fabric. Unfortunately the fabric brand tag inside has been mostly cut out. Small size tag says 46L. In good pre-owned vintage condition. ***Photos taken with and without flash***

Chest to 52 inches but leave room for clothing underneath
Length from top of shoulder to end 36 inches
Width across back of shoulders 21 inches
Sleeve length from top of shoulder 26 inches
