Preowned vintage 1950s era Marvella hand-knotted faux gold pearl and carved faux jade necklace. The clasp is the jade piece (pierced molded glass, in a prong setting 5/8"x7/8") and the necklace originally came with matching earrings. The insert to the clasp has broken off the other end of the necklace. The beads and stone are in excellent condition. There is some discoloration to some of the string but it is still intact, except for the clasp end that is broken.
Wonderful piece for repair or upcycling. Very lovely and classic mid-century style.
