Here is an adorable long sleeve dress by Sunshine Alley. Feels like it could be cotton or a cotton blend. Fabric features striping in pink and white. Five western snap style buttons down the front, and a snapped pocket on each breast. Matching belt, shoulder pads present but easily removed. Fairly light weight, sheer, soft, and sooooo comfy. It's in excellent shape with tons of life left! Here are the measurements taken laying flat (see pic 5 for reference on measurements):
