Long Sleeve dress with 5 buttons down the front and a tie at the neck. Pattern is black, white, and tan vertical stripes with white flowers. Sleeves are cuffed. There is no tag, but I believe it is 100% polyester.

I'd say it's a size 14, but here are the measurements when laying flat:
Bust: 21"
Hips: 22"
Length: 41. 5"
Sleeve Length: 23"
