Here is a sweet long sleeve dress by Ruth of Carolina. Feels like polyester or a poly blend. Light sage green fabric with white collar and colorful tie built in. Five button front with a button on each cuff. Medium weight but plenty soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with tons of life left! Here are the exact measurements.
